Foundation was born in 1990 when marketing was more about traditional media. We always had a focus on direct marketing, data and emerging technologies so when the internet arrived in the mid 90's, we were an early adopter. We liked the way in which marketing and technology could be fused together and saw how this could help deliver cost-effective, measurable campaigns and infrastructure.

Over the subsequent years, we've grown and added to our expertise as well as investing in our marketing technology platforms. We are ideally suited to help growing brands take their marketing to the next level.

A brief history

  • Formed as a marketing agency in 1990 with a direct marketing focus
  • Initial clients came from the UK motor industry
  • Built the NFL’s Mail Order business for Europe as a parallel venture with NFL Properties (Europe) Ltd. Sold this business in 1995
  • Set up and developed the Business Development Workshop in 1995. Sold to partner in 2000
  • Foundation launches in 2000 to deliver “marketing & technology solutions”.  Incorporated as Marketing Technology Solutions Ltd in 2006
  • Koodoo Technologies Ltd formed in 2010 to focus on digital marketing, web development and CRM
  • Move to new premises in 2013 coincides with formation of Marketing Print Solutions Ltd to create our own e-commerce division. 
  • WeKnow | Dental launched in July 2015
